Our landscaping employees are offered horticultural Apprenticeships or Traineeships following a qualifying period.

In a partnership arrangement with suitably qualified Registered Training Organisations we deliver a Certificate course in Horticulture so that an Apprentice will qualify after 3 years as a Landscape Tradesperson.

Often, those who have completed their traineeship with us have gone on to become leading hands and team leaders/supervisors, who are integral team members managing award winning projects. Our Human Resources Manager represents us on advisory panels with various TAFE Horticulture Departments in SE Qld.
