Michael Schultz
Co-founder and Director

Michael was born and educated in Toowoomba and is from a family of five. Michael developed an interest in horticulture early in life from his father.

Michael holds an Associate Diploma in Horticulture and has over 20 years experience in the landscaping industry, in project costing, planning, softscape, hardscape and marketing. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

One of Michael's greatest attributes is his results-orientated nature. He is a practical lateral thinker with a great imagination and ability to come up with new ideas. He always strives and demands for quality in the performance of the business.

Michael continually strives for success not only for himself and for his company. He has great vision and leadership qualities. Michael has been instrumental in the strong development of the company and plays a hands-on role in the day to day operations.

 Danny Glennon
Co-founder and Director

Danny comes from a large Gold Coast family who has been involved with real estate development for many years. His entrepreneurial nature has been influenced by his exposure to the family's business environment and he has realised his aspirations of running his own business.

By specialising in strategic planning, business planning, organisation reviews, business process re-engineering and commercial planning and implementation, Danny brings strong skills to Scape Shapes Landscaping that are often lacking in the landscaping industry. Danny has 17 years experience in the landscaping construction industry and also holds an Associate Diploma in Farm Management. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management, and is actively involved in the Queensland Association of Landscape Industries.

Danny is a highly motivated and goal orientated person who values quality in all areas of business. He is very committed to his family and friends and strives to gain security for them. Danny is responsible primarily for the financial management of the business.
